Shipping Policy
At Weenie Warmers, we know you’re excited to receive your order, and we work hard to ship it as quickly as possible.
Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
- During holidays, sales, or new product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.
- Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Carriers
We primarily ship through USPS, but depending on your location and the most efficient delivery method, we may also ship using UPS, OnTrac, UniUni, Cainiao, SpeedX, or other trusted carriers.
Carrier selection is made at our discretion to provide the fastest and most reliable delivery.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times begin after your order has shipped.
- U.S. Standard Shipping: 5–14 business days
- Alaska, Hawaii & U.S. Territories: Delivery times may be longer.
- International Orders: Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing.
Please note that shipping estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, holidays, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please carefully verify your shipping address before placing your order.
We ship to the address provided at checkout and cannot be responsible for packages that are:
- Delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer
- Forwarded by the postal service
- Delayed due to an incorrect or incomplete address
- Returned as undeliverable
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking number.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery is the carrier’s responsibility.
If your tracking indicates your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend:
- Checking around your property.
- Asking neighbors or household members.
- Contacting your local post office or shipping carrier.
If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of your order date, and we’ll do our best to assist with a carrier investigation.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, or VAT imposed by their country.
We are unable to mark packages as gifts or declare a lower value.
Delivery times may be extended due to customs processing.
Multiple Shipments
Occasionally, orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate shipments. If this happens, you’ll receive tracking information for each shipment.
