We don't have a Dachshund, but our dog is similarly shaped. This is the first harness that has fit her properly, so we are very happy with it. The harness is well made and a little bit stretchy, so the fit is always nice. We'll come back here when we need another one.
We bought these harnesses in the past, when our doxie was a year old. Now that she's 2.5 years old, we needed a bigger size. These harnesses fit the Dachshund physique perfectly.
Fits wonderfully when my Albert pulls he doesnt get hurt.
I loved the look and fit of the harness but he only wore it 3-4 days and the seams started to come undone and I was scared he would get caught on something with the loose edges so I couldn’t let him wear it anymore
Works well except the adjustable part rubs under her arms.
